DOUBLE CABLE CUP COZY
This quick-knitted cup cozy is the perfect way to practice cables and use up the last little bit of a favorite worsted-weight yarn, and the end result is not only classy but comfortable and eco-friendly!
YOU NEED
Set of 5 US size 6 (4.0mm) DPNs Approx. 30-40 yards Worsted-weight yarn o I used some leftovers of Cascade Pacific in Clover, but any worsted weight that's not too fuzzy will be fine Stitch marker (optional)

k: knit p: purl

c4b: slip next 2 sts on to cable needle and hold at back of work, k2 from left-hand needle, then k2 sts from cable needle c4f: slip next 2 sts on to cable needle and hold at front of work, k2 from left-hand needle, then k2 sts from cable needle
DIRECTIONS
· CO 48 stitches using long-tail cast on, distribute 12 stitches on to each needle \*\*\*Gauge is unnecessary for this pattern. If you feel you are working too loosely, go down a needle size to produce a fairly dense fabric\*\*\*

Repeat rounds 1-4 2 more times
Bind off: Being careful not to work stitches too tightly, \*(k2tog, then slip the stitch that you just worked back on to the left-hand needle). Continue working in this way till all stitches have been bound off, then cut yarn, pull tail through remaining stitch, and weave in ends. And now you have a cup cozy! This will fit any 12 oz or larger paper cup (ie- those found in your favorite coffee establishment). Enjoy!
