Perfect for towels, bathing suits and summer reads for the beach OR cans of veggies, boxes of cake mix and quarts of juice from the grocery, this wash and dry stretchy mesh carry-all is flexible enough for all your needs, and strong enough to get you where you're going. Sizes: One Size Measurements (Circ/Ht): 25"/13" (bag only) Yarn Requirements: Approximately 220 yards of worsted weight yarn cotton. Shown in Lily Sugar 'n Cream [100% Cotton; 120 yd/110m per 2.47oz/70g skein] Color: Summer Splash - 3 skeins Needles: Size 8 (5mm) 16" circular and double pointed needles (DPNs) Supplies: Stitch marker, tapestry needle, tape measure, and scissors. Row counter is helpful. Gauge: 20 sts = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette stitch Change needle size as needed to obtain gauge.

yo - bring yarn forward and over needle K2tog - knit two stitches together as one P2tog - purl two stitches together as one Pf&b - purl into front and back of one stitch - increases by one. \* \* rep- repeat instructions between \*'s as many times as noted ex: 2x = 2 repeats.

BAG BODY Instructions:

With size 8 circular needle, cast on 100 stitches, place stitch marker and join careful not to twist. Work in Garter Stitch in the round for 6 rounds. (Knit one round, Purl one round, repeat.) Work in Stockinette Stitch in the round for 8 rounds. (Knit all rounds.) Begin mesh pattern: Round 1: \*yo, K2tog\* rep around Repeat this round for 10 inches. Begin bag bottom decreases: Transfer to DPN's when needed. Round 1: K2tog around (50 sts) Round 2: Knit around Round 3: \*k8, K2tog\* rep around Round 4: Knit around Round 5: \*k7, K2tog\* rep around Round 6: Knit around Round 7: \*k6, K2tog\* rep around Round 8: Knit around 2012 Jessica L'Heureux \* All rights reserved. HANDLE Instructions: (Make 2)

With size 8 DPNs, leaving 18" tail, cast on 10 stitches onto one needle. Row 1: \*k1, p1\* rep across Row 2: \*p1, k1\* rep across Repeat these 2 rows 4 more times for a total of 10 rows. Row 11: k across Row 12: P2tog, p6, P2tog (8 sts) Row 13: k across Begin working in stockinette stitch I-cord over 8 stitches. Work for 9 inches. Begin Far Tab: (Return to working back and forth) Row 1: Pf&b, p6, Pf&b (10 sts) Row 2: k across Row 3: \*k1, p1\* rep across Row 4: \*p1, k1\* rep across Repeat last two rows 4 more times for a total of 10 rows. Bind off. Cut yarn, leaving 18" tail and thread onto tapestry needle Fold bag into quarters and mark handle tab locations. Sew tabs onto bag body using co and bo tails.
