Harlot's Revenge
Design By David Roth Written by Amanda williams

David Roth was at Rhinebeck where Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, the Yarn Harlot, persuaded him to buy a big cone of merino yarn. "lt'll make awesome kilt hose!" she said. It was only later that he realied how scratchy the stuff was. He created for her this instrument of righteous revenge. You may wish to create it in something soft and lovely instead.

NOTES
The panel section is one size fits all. The size adjustment is done via the lengths of the I-cord. You will need 2 measurements. First decide how high you want this to come up. You may wish to make it come up to your waist, be extreme low-rise, or anywhere in between. Measure the crotch depth by starting at the highest point you want it to reach in the front, pass the measuring tape down between your legs, and up to the highest point you want it to reach in the back. For extreme low-rise style, you may wish to shorten the front panel. As written the front panel is approximately 12 inches high and $6\;\%$ inches wide. Second, you will need your hip measurement at the height you chose for the top of your garment.
