This pattern was inspired by Katniss Everdeen from the book series The Hunger Games. The arrows represents her skills as an archer, which gave her a score of 11 out of 12 during the pre-games judging. In the pattern Judy's Magic Cast on is used. If desired, another cast on method may be used. kf/b- knit front to back in same stitch k-knit p-purl

Toe: Cast on 10 sts per needle with Judy's Magic Cast-on. RND 1: k1, kf/b, kto last st on needle, kf/b, k1. Repeat RND 2:k all sts. Repeat these two rounds until you have reached 64 sts. Foot: work chart for top of foot and knit sole sts. Heel: When you have worked the sock to about 1.5" to 2" from the back of yourheelworkshortrowheel.

Pattern illustration

Leg: Resume working in the round over all 64 sts, beginning with the next round of the chart. Pattern repeat will be worked 2 times in each round. Continue until leg measures 1 inch less than the desired length and ending withRND 16 of the chart. Work a k2 p2 ribbing for 1 inch. Cast off with Jeny's Surprisingly Stretchy Bind-off.
