Lace part is knitted in garter st (no purled row). Cast on 12 st loosely, knit one row, knit chart a (start row 1), then 15 times chart b. Knit chart c once, bind off loosely (18° row), and keep last st on your needle.
Now, knit in stockinette stitch : Knit 1 row, and place markers after 40° and 80° st. (they'll just show you aproxymatively where to change rythm of decrease.) Purls 1 row. Knit 117 st, wrap around following st, turn. Purl 7 st, wrap around following st, turn. Part 1: Knit untill 1 st before wraped/st, knit together last st and wraped st, knit 2 st, wrap around following st, turn. Purl and knif this row (on wrong or, right side), untill you take off first marker. Parf 2 : Then, on following right side row, Knit untill 1 st before wraped st, knit together last st and wraped st, knit 3 st, wrap around following st, turn. And so on untill you take off second marker. Part 3 : Then, on following right side row, Knit untill 1 st before wraped st, knit together last st and wraped st, knit 4 st, wrap around following st, turn. When short rows are completed, knit few row in garter st, and bind off. Block and wear.
