K: Knit YO: Yarn over SSK: Slip slip knit -slip two stitches as if to knit, then knit together. SI2-k1-p2sso: slip two stitches together, knit one, pass two slipped stitches over Work lace pattern by following the chart from bottom to top and right to left. All rows begin with slipping the first stitch

Directions:

Loosely cast on 25 stitches. Rows 1 and all wrong side rows: Slip first stitch, purl to end Row 2: Slip first stitch as if to knit, k1, yo, sk, k, k2tog, yo, k1, (yo, ssk) twice, k1, (k2tog, yo) twice, k1, yo, ssk, k1, k2tog, yo, k2 Row 4: Slip first stitch as if to knit, k2, yo, sl2-k1-p2sso, yo, k3, yo, ssk, yo, sl2-k-2sso, yo, k2tog, yo, k3, yo, sl2-k1-p2sso, yo, k3 Repeat these four rows untilscarf is desired length.
