Abbreviations:
CO - Cast On K - Knit P-Purl Kf&b - Knit front & back Ssk - Slip, slip, knit BO-Bind Off
Directions:
CO3 Row 1 and all odd rows: Sl 1, purl to end. Row 2: Sl 1, kf&b, k1. Row 4: Sl 1, kf&b, kf&b, turn. Row 6: Sl 1, kf&b, k1, kf&b, turn. Row 8:K8. Row 10: Sl 1, ssk, k1, ssk, turn. Row 12: Sl 1, ssk, ssk, k1. Repeat Rows 4 - 12 four times. BO on wrong-side row cut yarn, leaving 6"tail.Sew CO & BO stitches together.Run tail through inside diameter of flower and cinch closed. Weave inends andfelt.
NOTES:
· This flower is worked, using short-rows. You do not need to wrap & turn any stitches. · 12 yds Worsted Weight Wool (MC) · (Optional) 2 yds Worsted Weight Wool (CC) · Size 8 [5.0 mm] needles · Tapestry/Yarn Needle · Button (optional) Finished Size: 2%"round felted Abbreviations: CO-CastOn EXk - Extended Knit; insert right needle into stitch knit-wise and wrap yarn over needle twice, complete knit stitch. Twist work - Bring left-hand needle down in front of knitting, under the knitting and back up to knitting position. This puts a full twist between the last stitch worked and remaining stitches, pinching the work together. BO-Bind Off
Directions:
With MC, CO 35 sts. (Ws) Row 1: SI 1, purl across. Rows 2, 4, 6, 8: Sl 1, knit across. Rows 3, 5, 7, 9: Sl 1, purl across. Row 10: ExK 4, (twist work, EXk 7) four times, twist work EXk3. Cut 4" tail and thread tapestry needle. Then with RS facing, starting at far right side, feed tail through 35 stitches, dropping the extra loops. Cinch the center closed. Using the MC tails, sew the edges of the first petal closed. Weave in remaining ends and felt.

Delphina Felted Flower

Materials:
·8 yds Worsted Weight Wool · Size 8 [5.0 mm] DPNs (2 needed) ·Tapestry/Yarn Needle · Button (optional) Finished Size: 3" round felted Abbreviations: CO-Cast On
Directions:
Provisional C0 3 sts and work an I-cord for 20". Cut yarn with 20"tail and Kitchener/graft both ends together for seamless circle of I-cord. \*Pinch I-cord in a 3" loop and secure with tail, by wrapping the tail around the base of the loop.\* Repeat from \* to \* four more times. Continue wrapping the tail around and between the loops tosecurethem and create a solid center of the flower, until approximately 3" of the tail remains. Use the tapestry needle to weave the remaining tail through the center to secure it and felt.
NOTES:
