Yarn: 2 skeins Lana Grossa cinque alto 004 green-brown (maincolor) (50g=150m), 1 skein Lang yarns Donegal 789.0060 dark red (contrastcolor) (50g=190m). Yarn held double as one strand to get the gauge Needles: US #6 double pointed needles, US #6 circular needles Marker: 1 stitchmarker Gauge: 15 stitches and 24 rounds = 4" x 4"

kknit ppurl st(s) stitch(es) k2tog knit 2 stitches together k1tbl knit one stitch through the back loop kfb knit into the front of the stitch, then into the back of the stitch inc1k knit into the stitch below on the left needle, then knit into the stitch on the left needle
Instruction:
Cast on 96 stitches with maincolor. Join to work in the round, being careful not to twist stitches. Place the stitchmarker at the beginning of the round. K 7 rounds (k2, k2tog) to the last 2 sts, k2 K 5 rounds Cange to contrastcolor (k1tbl, p1) to the end Continue k1tbl, p1 for 6 more rounds Change back to maincolor, (k1, kfb) to the end K 3 rounds (k1, inc1k) to the end K 11 rounds (k2, k2tog) to end K 2 rounds Repeat the last 3 rounds 5 time
Change to double pointed needles
(k2, k2tog) to end K 1 round Repeat last 2 rounds once (k1, k2tog) to end k2tog to end repeat last round once Break yarn and pull it through the remaining stitches. Weave in ends.
