Comments:

Move work to a single circular needle once it is possible, this takes about 40 rows. Place marker between rows. Skip button hole rows and do not bind off (BO) if you want to fill the pillow with stuffing or filling so that it is an independent pillow. Use a kitchener stitch to close the pillow up (after stuffing it, of course). I chose to use buttons so that the case could be easily washed; its original intention was to be a dog bed.
