Abbreviations:
K = knit SI = slip St =stitch K1b = knit 1 in the stitch below next stitch.
Directions
Using a provisional cast-on with waste yarn, cast on 22 sts. Row 1: Sl 1 purlwise, knit to end of row. Row 2: Sl 1 purlwise, [K1, K1b] to last st, K1. Repeat row 2 until piece measures 52" or desired length. Transfer provisional cast-on stitches to needle. Join the two ends, taking care not to twist, using three-needle cast-off. Work in loose ends.
