Pattern:
CO 100 stitches in blue. With smaller needle rib 5 rounds (knit 2, purl 2). Change to bigger needle. Knit according to Chart (20 repeats per round). After completing chart, knit in blue until the cap is long enough (the following decreasing part hardly add more height. The cap in the picture started decreasing 5 rows after end of chart.) Change to dpn if necessary 1st round with decreases (rwd): 5x (ssk, k 16 st, k2 tog)
dpn= double pointed needles CO= cast on ssk=slip, slip, knit k=knit st=stitch k2tog=knit 2 together 2nd rwd: 5x (ssk, k 14 st, k2 tog) 3rd. rwd: 5x (ssk, k 12 st, k2 tog) 4th. rwd: 5x (ssk, k 10 st, k2 tog) 5th. rwd: 5x (ssk, k 8 st, k2 tog) 6th. rwd: 5x (ssk, k 6 st, k2 tog) 7th. rwd: 5x (ssk, k 4 st, k2 tog) 8th. rwd (ssk, k 2 st, k2 tog) 9th . rwd: 5x (ssk, k2 tog) 10th. rwd: 5x (k2 tog) Cut working yarn, pull it through remaining stitches and pull tight to close the hole.
