Start the Attack
You will need: $3.25\mathrm{mm}\ 60\mathrm{cm}$ circular needles $3.25\;\mathrm{mm}$ DP needles 1 skein Cascade 220 MC Black $\bullet$ Partial Balls of Red, Lime Green, Gray, Royal Blue and Gold. Sewing Needle. With circular needle and contrast color of your choice, cast on 121 sts. PM and join into a round, being careful not to twist sts. Work 9 rows. Change to MC and knit one row. Work one round purl (folding line). Work 2 rounds of MC and commence chart, reading each line right to left. On the last round of the chart decrease 2 sts (119 sts) and decrease as follows: K15, K2Tog\* \*repeat across entire round. Continue decreasing on following rounds, K14 K2Tog, K13 K2Tog, (changing to DP needles when you need to) and so on until last round- 7 sts. Break yarn, leaving a tail and place on a needle. Thread yarn through all sts and pull snugly- darn in the yarn end on the wrong side.
Finishing
Weave in all yarn ends. Duplicate st gold in the windows of the Tardis's. You also may find it easier to duplicate st the lights on the top as well. Fold hem on the inside and using matching yarn, sew down the hem, being careful not to pullto tightly. Block and give to your favorite geek. Be creative. Higher order Daleks come in different colors, such as red and orange. You may also wish to use texture in the body of the Dalek by making small bobbles where the black parts are.
