Increase each end, every other row, until toe has 64 (72). Work even in SS stitch until foot is desired length (81/2 in for my shoe size 81/2). Construct heel in your favorite style. I used a short-row heel. Now do 1 row in knit, decreasing 4 stitches evenly, for medium size. There are 12 stitches for the heart pattern repeat. Repeat 10 row chart until leg is the desired length, ending with row 10. Knit row 1 skipping center yarn overs. Knit row 2. Switch to knit 1, purl 1 ribbing for 1 inch. Cast off using a picot cast off: \*cast on 2 stitches using a cable cast on. Cast off 4 stitches. Move last stitch from right needle to left needle. Repeat from \*. Weave in ends. Eyelet Hearts
