PATTERN
Using a loose long-tail method, cast on 57 stitches. Row 1: sl1 (knitwise), k2, \*p3, k3\*, repeat \*\* to end. Row 2: sl1 (purlwise), p2, \*k3, p3\*, repeat \*\* to end. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you reach your desired length, or you run out of yarn. Bind off all stitches loosely. (Recommend Russian bind off.) Weave in all ends. Block lightly with steam (careful to not press directly on your scarf) to open up ribbing and smooth out stitches.
