These spidery mitts are designed to pair up with the charlottes web socks. There was so much extra yarn and so much more spidery love in me that Ijust had to create some cosy, webbymitts! Cuff Round 1: kl, (yo, kl) twice, sl2-k3tog-p2sso, (k1, yo),twice, k1 Round 2: k all sts Cast on 44 sts and share between 4 needles, 11 sts on each needle knit 1 round to begin Repeat rounds 1 and 2 three times in total On completion of the third repeat continue and k1 st from needle 1 with needle 4 and sll st from needle 2 to needle 3. At this point you can begin to work with three needles by transferring all of the sts from needle 4 to needle 3, giving you 10 sts on needles 1 and 2 and 24 sts on needle 3 Arm Work in stst over needles 1 and 2inering the 5 st‘spiders whereveryoufl they would becrawling. For needle 3; work 2 full pattern repeats of the spider web chart. Note: remember to begin your final spider at least 8 rounds before you complete the second spider web chart. Once you have completed both pattern repeats begin the thumb increases Thumb increase: right hand Work spider web chart over needle 3. For needles 1 and 2 follow below: Thumb increase: left hand Work spider web chart over needle 3. Thumb Strap

Pick up the first 5 sts after the thumb yo's on palm side of mitt Work in stst back and forth until your thumb strap reaches desired length. k2tog, k1, k2tog p all sts sl1-k2tog-psso Sew in all ends and sew down your thumb strap adding a bright coloured button.
