Fasten off and stuff into head. For naughty: Make X's for the eyes and mouth. For Nice: Just sew lines along the mouth and make little boxes for eye

With orange make a small triangle between the mouth and eyes for the nose. Fasten off and stuff in head. Slip stitch the top of the head closed.
Top Hat:
With Black make a magic ring or chain 4 and slip stitch to 1st chain to form a ring Round 1: Ch2, 10 half double crochets into ring.sl st to top of ch 2 to join. Round 2: Ch 2, 1 half double crochet into same stitch, 2 half double crochets into each stitch around. Slip stitch to the top of the ch 2 to join. Round 3: Ch2, 2 half double crochet in next st \*1 half double crochet in next stitch, 2 half double crochets in next st\* repeat from \*to\* to end. Slip stitch to top of ch 2 to join. Round 4: (In back loops only) CH 2, 1 half double crochet in each stitch around. Sl st to top of ch 2 to join Round 5: (In both loops now) ch 2, 1 half double crochet in each stitch around. Slip st to top of the ch 2 to join. Slip stitch to 1st single crochet to joined Fasten off leaving a tail long enough to sew to head.
Scarf:
With red and the J hook Ch 30 and fasten off. Whip stitch scarf to hat. Stuff your head with Poly-Fil until your head is full and round. Whip stitch hole closed. Whip stitch hat to head. Add a loop to the top to hang ornament and you are finished Enjoy!
