I saw this scarf in red and thought of the scarves worn on Saint Marcus Day in the book New Moon. So I morphed two free patterns. Martha Stewart's Knitted Neck Scarf and Tuck-in, Bowknot Scarf that I got off www.ravelry.com. I liked the finishing edge on one but liked the slot design on another. I think adding a cool oid Cullen like brooch or just a plain Twilight pin would complete this look. This pattern does not take much yarn or time so you could probably get 4 or 5 scarves out of one skein.
