If you like, leave a long enough tail to use for sewing on eyes and legs (I leave 18-24" because I'm paranoid and hate joining in yarn) Sew on beads or buttons for eyes, or embroider eyes if for small child. Knit 4 lengths of 4 st I-cord $4^{\circ}$ long. If not for a small child and you'd like the legs to be poseable, insert slightly smaller sections of pipe cleaner before weaving in ends of legs.
