Size US 7 (4.5 mm) 24" or 32" circular needle 1 Long Striping (LS) Hank of The Fiber Seed's Sprout (Pictured in LSO34 Mardi Gras) Stitch Marker Gauge (Stockinette St): 22sts x 34rows= 4in

Scarf:
Cast on 252 sts. PM,join in the round, being careful not to twist your work when joining. This marks your BOR. Rnd 1: \*K2,p4, k8,p8,k4,p2; rep from \* until EOR. Design by Clandestine Knitter

K-Knit RS - Right Side P - Purl WS - Wrong Side Sl - Slip stitch sts - Stitches Rnd - RoundRe Rep - Repeat BOR - Beginning of Round EOR - End of Round Repeat Rnd 1 until your scarf measures 7 inches, or desired length with enough yarn to complete bind off. Bind off loosely in pattern, being careful to maintain similar tension as your cast on. You may need to change to a larger needle.
