cast-on

Using your preferred provisional cast on method, cast on 30 sts.

toe, part 1

Initial row: p all sts row 1: k30 to last st, wrap [wyf, sl st from left to right needle, wyb, return st to left needle] and turn row 2: p30 to last st, wrap [wyb, sl st from left to right needle, wyf, return st to left needle] and turn row 3: k to last worked st, wrap and turn row 4: p to last worked st, wrap and turn Repeat row 3 and 4 until 12 sts remain between wrapped sts.

toe, part 2

Picking up your wraps on the same side of the fabric will result in a symmetrical heel - for invisible wraps, lift wrapped stitches to needle on the public side on both the knit and the purl rows. row 1: k to first wrapped st, pick up wrap, ktbl2tog [wrap, plus st], wrapnext st and turn row 2: p to first wrapped st, pick up wrap, p2tog [wrap, and st], wrap next st and turn row 3: k to first double-wrapped st, pick up both wraps, ktbl3tog [both wraps, plus st], wrap next st and turn row 4: p to first double-wrapped st, pick up both wraps, p3tog [both wraps, plus st], wrap next st and turn Repeat rows 3 and 4 until the final k3togtbl, there will still be a doublewrapped st at the other end of the needle. Remove the provisional yarn and pick up the sts, sharing evenly between 2 needles. 15 sts on each. Next round: Needle 1: continue working in established pattern; Needle 2: pick up wraps and k3tog, k to end; Needle 3: k all sts (6o sts)

toot

Arrange stitches so there are Needle 1: 30 sts (top of foot); Needle 2: 15 sts; Needle 3: 15 sts (sole) Initial round: Needle 1: k30; Needle 2: ki, m1, k to end: Needle 3: k to last stitch, m1, k1 There are now 30 sts on Needle 1 and 16 sts each on Needles 2 and 3. Hereafter: Needle 1: follow chart; Needles 2 and 3: k all sts Continue following the chart until sole measures $70\%$ of desired foot length. Last row: work chart across Needle 1

heel flap

The heel flap begins at the start of Needle 2 and is worked over Needles 2 and 3 (32 sts). row 1 (RS): sl1, k to end row 2 (WS): sll, p to end Repeat rows 1 and 2 until sole measures $95\%$ of desired foot length.

heel turn

row 1: k22, ssk, k1, turn row 2: p to last 8 sts, p2tog, pi, turn row 3: k to 1 st before gap, ssk, k1, turn row 4: p to one st before gap, p2tog, p1, turn Repeat rows 3 and $^4$ until there are no more gaps (22 sts remain).

heel gusset

Start with the needle holding the heel stitches - this will now be Needle 1. Note: I had 16 slipped heel flap sts to pick up however you may have more or less depending on the length of your foot.

round 1: Needle 1: k across all heel sts, pick up and knit the slipped sts down the side of your heel flap; Needle 2: continue in established pattern; Needle 3: pick up and knit the slipped sts down the other side

of the heel flap and k1o from Needle 1 decreases round 1: Needle 1: k1, ssk, k to end; Needle 2: follow established chart; Needle 3: k to last 3 sts, k2tog, k1 round 2: Needle 1: k to end; Needle 2: follow established pattern; Needle 3: k to end round 3: Needle 1: k2, ssk, $\mathbf{k}$ to end; Needle 2: follow established chart; Needle 3: k to last $^4$ sts, kztog, k2 round 4: Needle 1: k to end; Needle 2: follow established pattern; Needle 3: k to end Repeat rounds 3 and $^4$ until 16 sts remain on both Needles 1 and $^3$ continuing the triangulation of the decreases by knitting one more st every time before the decrease on Needle 1 and one less st before the decrease on Needle 3. Depending on how big your foot is the chart and never ending round pattern worked over Needle 2 might reach Needle 3 before you have finished decreasing. If this is the case continue decreasing as directed whilst working the pattern. Continuous Round: \*slzwyif, k2 repeat from \* 7 times in total, sl2wyif, k to one st before 1st sl st End round: k to the first sl st and begin cuff.

This is the fun bit!

Follow the Continuous Round until you reach 1 inch before your desired length!

cuff

round 1: \*kitbl, p1, repeat from \* to end Repeat until cuff measures I inch.

finishing

Bind off loosely in ki, pl, pattern and sew in the ends. Weave in ends, then block lightly under a damp towel or on sock blockers.

Sinusoida Chart

This char is worked over the 30 sts of needle 1. Work Chart rounds 1-57 once, then work rounds 1-28 once more to set up for continuous round. The continuous round wil move the stitches around al three needles so you will no longer have a beginning of the round.
