There will be 17 (19, 23, 24, 27) stitches at each end of the needle with the bound off stitches between. Row 10: (RS) K 17 (19, 23, 24, 27) sts. Turn, leaving the sts at the other end of the needle unworked. Row 11: K6, p5 (7, 11, 12, 15), k6. Row 12-27: Rep rows 10 & 11 8 times Row 28: Rep row 10. (19 rows total above the neck BO edge) BO in pattern. Cut yarn leaving approx 8" for weaving in. Working with a new piece of yarn and with the RS of the work facing you, rep rows 10-28 on the sts you left on the needle earlier. Cut yarn leaving an 8" tail.
FINISHING
Block front and back pieces. Sew sides and shoulder seams. Weave in yarn tails.

Rnd 6: B0 1 (1, 2, 3, 4) in k, k78 (82, 91, 98, 107) sts. Row 7: (WS) BO 1 (1, 2, 3, 4) in k, k5 (5, 5, 5, 7, 8), p until 6 (6, 6, 6, 8, 9) sts rem. K to end of row. (77, 81, 89, 95, 103 sts) Continue instructions as for ARMHOLE above for Rows 8-13. Rep rows 12 & 13 until armholes measure approx 4.5 (4.5, 5, 5.5, 6) from row 1, ending with a RS row.
FRONT NECK BORDER
