Wowel Cowl

Materials:
- 210-240 yards (192-219 meters) worsted weight yarn (example knit with 1. 6 skeins/206 yards of Mirasol Hap'i) - US 8/5mm circular knitting needles or size needed to obtain correct guage, 24 inches long
Pattern:
Cast on 122 stitches using the long tail method, being sure not to cast on too tightly. Join the round by slipping the first cast-on stitch off of the left needle
and on to the right needle, then slip the last cast-on stitch over the slipped stitch and off of the needle. Slip the stitch back onto the left needle, place marker on right needle, pull yarn tails tight, and knit as normal. Row 1: \*P 1, yo, sl 1, k 1, psso, k 5, k 2 tog, yo, p 1\*; repeat from \* to \* until marker. Row 2 and all even rows: \*P 1, k 9 (knit all yos), p 1\*; repeat from \* to \* until marker. Row 3: \*p 1, k 1, yo, sl 1, k 1, psso, k 3, k 2 tog, yo, k 1, p 1\*; repeat from \* to \* until marker. Row 5: \*P 1, k 2, yo, sl 1, k 1, psso, k 1, k 2 tog, yo, k 2, p 1\*; repeat from \* to \* until marker. Row 7: \*P 1, k 3, yo, k 3 tog, yo, k 3, p 1\*; repeat from \* to \* until marker. Row 9: \*p 1, sl 1, k 1, psso, k 2, yo, k 1, yo, k 2, k 2 tog, p 1\*; repeat from \* to \* until marker. Row 11: \*p 1, sl 1, k 1, psso, k 2, yo, k 1, yo, k 2, k 2 tog, p 1\*; repeat from \* to \* until marker. Repeat rows 1-12 4 more times, for 60 total rows. Cast off.
