Ch = Chain St = Stitch Sl St = Slip Stitch Tr = Triple/Treble stitch Sc = Single crochet FO = Fasten Off Beg = Beginning
Gauge:
1 row of 4 Triple sts should equal 1" in. x 1”" in. Swatch: Ch 3, +4 , 1 Tr Crochet in 4" ch from hook and in ea ch across (The +4 counts as the 1st of 4 Tr crochet sts) When you make the swatch to check your gauge, you should have 1 row of 4 Tr sts, and measure it to see if swatch measures, 1" in. x 1" in. Note: Tester used an size (G) crochet hook to obtain guage. Please be sure to measure to check gauge and change the hook size until yours equals approx 1"'in. x 1'' in (it's ok if it's a little off, as long as it's not a whole lot, like in this case 2"'in. If your measurements are off a lot, just try adjusting your tension or change crochet hook to a size up or down a size, based on if your gauge is coming out larger or smaller than my measurements. The Dress measurements once finished should measure approx (20 “ in. Width) for the waist and chest & (15" in. Length) from the shoulder to the hem.
