Pattern
Cast on 64 s with grey. Even stitches to four needles. Place yarn in front of work. Purl 1 with white. Place yarn in front. Purl 1 with grey and place yarn in front. Continue to the end of row. Knit one row with grey and place yarn in front. Repeat these two rows two more times.
Satert arm chart. Chart has only half of stitches so knit chart twice. When arm is knitted continue witm mitten cahrt. Chart has all stitches. Red place in thumb is knitted on row 15. Knit like charted to red stitches. Knit red stitches to wasteyarn. Move stitches back to left needle and continue with chart. Tip decreases start asymmetric, as chart shows. In first decrease row decreases are only in other side of mitten. When chart ends there is 6 sitches left. Knit first stitch and move it back to left needle. Slip other stitches over knitted stitch. Cut yarn. Pulli through the stitch and tighten.
Thumb
Unravel waste yarn and pick 13 stitch front of thumb and 7 from back plus 1 in between these on both sides. You now have $22{\mathrm{~s~}}$ . Even stitches to three sockneedles. Start knitting from front or lower part of thumb. $7^{\mathrm{th}}$ stitch on chart is middle stitch. Knit by thumb chart and repeat rows 8 and 9 until thumb is long enough. Start decreases. Knit rows 8 and 9 from chart, but knit 2 together with grey at the end of all needles. Repeat until you have 10 stitches left. Cut white yarn and knit only with grey. Knit 2 together at the end of all neeldes. You now have 7 stitches. Knit first stitch. Move it back to left needle. Slip other stitches over knitted stitch. Cut yarn and pull i through last stitch. Tighten.
Knit other mitten mirror.
Finishing
Weave in all yarn ends. Steam if needed.
