Bold BERET ANd InfiNiTy SCARf
Created by Kathy's Crochet Closet www.kathyscrochetcloset.etsy.com

This pattern helps you create a chunky beret and matching infinity scarf using bulky weight (size 5) yarn and a size N (9 mm) crochet hook. The hat and scarf are crocheted in the round using primarily the v-stitch. The scarf also uses the technique of crocheting into the back loop of the foundation chain, which is explained in the pattern. The stitches used are chain, single crochet, double crochet, slip stitch, v- stitch, front post double crochet and double crochet two together. Red Heart Medley or Loops and Threads Charisma work well for this project. The finished beret will measure around 10 %" to 11" across and should fit an average size adult head. The infinity scarf will measure around 60" around and 7" wide.
