Mira's Elegant Knit and Purl Cowl Pattern for Infinity Style with Baah Yarns

Mira's Cowl

A combination of knit and purl stitches makes this cowl an elegant classic.

Materials

Yarn: 1 skein Baah La Jolla, or Baah Private Collection (used in sample) Needles: 24" or 32"us7circular needles, stitch marker Gauge: 16 sts = 4inches after blocking Size: Cowl, infinity (sample shown) Directiｏns Cast 0n 120 (180） stitches. Join in the round being careful not to twist stitches. Place a marker to mark the beginning of round. Round 1:(K2,p4, k8, p16, k16, p8, k4, p2) repeat to end of round. Repeat round 1 to desired height or until you reach the end of your yarn, leaving enough yarn to bind off. Bind off: Bind off loosely in pattern (knit the knits and purl the purls). For a loose bind off, I suggest using Jenny's magic bind off. Block aggressively, stretching fabric to get a light weight fabric. @Mira Cole 2011
