$3.25\mathrm{mm\}16^{\prime\prime}$ circular needles $3.25\mathrm{mm}$ dpns (set of four) fuzzy yarn (such as Patons Cha Cha) Sport weight yarn Darning needle
Instructions
Using fuzzy yarn and circular needles cast on 64 stitches, join in the round being careful not to twist stitches. Knit four rounds in a k2 p2 rib. Change to sport weight yarn. Knit until work measures $3.5^{\prime\prime}$ Work crown decreases as follows: Round 1: (K6, K2tog) to end Round 2 and ever other round: knit Round 3: (K5, K2tog) to end Round 5: (K4, K2tog) to end Round 7: (K3, K2tog) to end Round 9: (K2, K2tog) to end Round 11: (K1, K2tog) to end Round 13: (K2tog) to end
