Sample was made with Caron Simply Soft 100% acrylic worsted weight yarn. 4oz/114g (208yards/190m). Color-Baby Brights Ombre 9801. Tie was made with small amount of Caron Simply Soft color--White. Hook: Size U.S. H or 8/5mm. Notions: Yarn needle for weaving in ends. Abbreviations: Ch=chain/chs=chains Sc=single crochet St=stitch/sts=stitches Hdc=half double crochet Dc=double crochet Instructions : Make 2 Begin with Sole. Ch 8.

Join round in 1st sc. Do not turn. ROUND 2-Ch1. 2 sc in 1st st; sc in next 6 sts. 2 sc in each of next 3 sts. Sc in next 8 sts. 2 sc in next st. 1 sc in last sc, join round. Do not turn. ROUND 3-Ch 1. 2 sc in 1st st. sc in next 9 sts. 2 sc in next 3 sts. Sc in next 9 sts. 2 sc in next st. sc in last st, join round. (30 stitches) ROUND 4-Turn work, working in BACK LOOPS, \*ch2, slip st in next st; repeat from \* around, join round. ROUND 5-Turn Work. working in remaining BACK LOOPS of round 3, ch 2. TIE: MAKE 2
With white yarn, ch 70, cut yarn, weave in ends. Weave tie from front around to front again through the Eyelet round. Tie a knot at each end of tie, Tie in a bow. If desired use a contrasting ribbon for a tie.
