This is a beret-style hat, for winter or spring. A little floppy, but not too much, it's quick to make with enough detail to keep you entertained. Susie is shown in Woolganic DK in Chili Pepper' and in Adriafil Lana Naturale Inca in shade 77.

Using a backwards loop cast on, cast on 96 st on the 3.5mm circular needle and join. Place a stitch marker at the beginning of the row. Work in k1 p1 rib for 3.5cm (1.5") (about 10 rows) Change to 4mm circular needle
