Blue Sky Alpaca "Alpaca Silk"( $50\%$ alpaca, $50\%$ silk; 146 yds./ $\tt{133m}$ and 2 oz./50 gr), 7 skeins in color 139. (Reserve approx. 200 yds for lace edgings.) One size 5 (3.75mm) circular knitting needle, $24^{\prime\prime},$ or size required to get gauge Smooth yarn of a similar gauge for provisional cast on Crochet hook size F or G (optional, for Provisional Cast On)
Finished Size
$64^{\prime\prime}\times24^{\prime\prime}$ . after blocking. Each additional skein of Alpaca & Silk will add 12 - 13 inches in length, if a longer stole is desired.

Cockleshell Lace Edging (Chart B) The lace edgings are added to the ends of the stole by knitting one edging stitch and one stole body stitch together on every RS row.
With RS facing, and all sts in left hand, and the working yarn hanging from the tip of left-hand needle, Co 16 sts to left-hand needle using the Knitted Cast On.
