Joseph's Scarf

Materials: \~1.75 skeins Yarn Bee Andes Alpaca (or 200-250 yds bulky or worsted weight yarn) Hook: size K, 6.5mm Gauge: not important Size: $6^{\,,}\times\,5^{\,,}$ Special stitches: Foundation Single Crochet (FSC) Start with a slip knot and chain 2. Insert hook thru second chain from hook (slip knot) and \*yarn over and pull thru - you will have 2 loops. Yarn over and pull it thru the first loop (you still have 2 loops). You've made your first chain. Now yarn over and pull thru the 2 loops - your first single crochet##. To continue, insert hook into last chain and repeat from \* to \*\*. To start, FSC to 6 feet (or however long you want the scarf to be). Row l: chain 3, double crochet in each stitch across Row 2 & 3: repeat Row 1 Row 4: chain 4, treble crochet in each stitch across Row 5-7: repeat Row 1 Row 8: chain 1, single crochet in each stitch across Fasten off and weave in ends.
