Pattern Notes
\* Size can easily be altered by using different yarns or a different size hook. Starting with sole Rnd 1. With CC, Ch 11, hdc in 2nd ch from hook, hdc in next 8 ch, 3 hdc in last ch, (working on opposite side) hdc in next 8 ch, 2 hdc in last ch, sl st to 1st hdc. (22sts) Rnd 2. Ch 2 (counts as a st here and throughout), hdc in same st as joining, hdc in next 8 sts, 2 hdc in each of next 3 sts, hdc in next 8 sts, 2 hdc in each oflast 2 sts, sl st to top of ch-2. (28sts) Rnd 3. Ch 2, hdc in same st as joining, 2 hdc in next st, hdc in next 9 sts, 2 hdc in each of next 6 sts, hdc in next 9 sts, 2 hdc in each oflast 2 sts, slst to ch-2. (38sts) Upper Rnd 4. (working in back loops only) Ch 1, sc in each st around, sl st to ch-1. (38sts) (Change colours here) Rnd 5. With MC, (working in both loops) Ch 2, hdc in each st around, sl st to ch-2. (38sts) Rnd 6. Ch 2, hdc in next 9 sts, dc2tog 10 times, hdc in last 8 sts, sl st to ch-2. Rnd 7. Ch 2, hdc in next 9 sts, hdc2tog 6 times, hdc in last 6 sts, sl st to ch-2. Rnd 8. Ch 2, hdc in next 10 sts, hdc2tog 2 times, hdc in last 7 sts, sl st to ch-2. Rnd 9. Ch 2, hdc in each st around, sl st to ch-2. Rnd 10. With CC, ch 1, sc in each st around, sl st to ch-1. Fasten off & weave in ends.
Flower
Rnd 1. Ch 2, 5 sc in 2nd ch from hook, DO NOT JOIN. Rnd 2. Sc in ea sc (5sc). (Change colours here for two toned flower) Rnd 3. \*S1st, ch 2, 2 tr, ch 2, slst\* in each sc. (5 petals made)
Finishing
Attach flower to shoe as shown in picture.
