Needles: US 9 /5.5 mm Yarn: Worsted / Heavy Worsted weight (I used Plymouth Kudo, colorway 50) Note: Any yarn and needle combination can be used, just be sure to adjust the number of stitches and go up or down needle sizes according to how tight or open you want the scarf to be. Wyif, sl 1 pw. Move yarn to back. \*(K1, P1, wyib sl 1 pw, K1)\* Repeat until on stitch remains, K1. Work this row until scarf is as lon8 as desired and BO all sts. In plain English Cast on 26 stitches (or a multiple of 4, $^{+2}$ for the slipped stitches) With yarn in front, slip 1 stitch purlwise. Move yarn to the back. $^{*}(\mathrm{Knit}\,1,\mathrm{purl}\,1\$ with yarn in back slip I stitch purlwise, knit 1). Repeat from \*until one stitch remains. Knit 1. Repeat this pattern row for the entire scarf and bind off whenever you 8et sick of knitting on it.
